Brow Lamination

While brow lamination is not invasive, there may still some side effects. Such risks are mostly related to skin irritation caused by the chemicals.

 

These include:

  • swelling

  • redness

  • peeling

  • itching

  • bumps

The side effects may occur directly beneath and above the eyebrows, but they may also extend to your eyelids.

If any of these occur, let your provider know and apply a 1% Cortisone Cream.

Eyebrow treatment
  • Do not get your brows wet within the first 24 hours. This includes but is not limited to excessive moisture and steam from saunas and baths.

  • Do not apply makeup or receive any treatments around the brow area within the first 24 hours.

  • Use a face oil on your brows daily to keep them healthy.

  • Avoid rubbing or excessive touching of the brows.

  • Avoid sleeping on your stomach within the first 24-48 hours.

  • Stay out of the sun for the first 24 hours to avoid sunburn.

After the first 24 hours, you can resume your normal daily life with your fabulous brows! However, we recommend you use a brow treatment such as the Nüskin Lash and Brow Nectar.
