Cancellation Policy

Please know that you are reserving a specific appointment slot with Mary Alvarez, so if you need to cancel your reservation, please do so as early in advance as possible.


We require 24 hours cancellation notice.

A $50.00 fee will be deducted from your account for all

broken appointments or those not cancelled with 24 hour notice.

New Client

Please do not come in with sun-tanned skin in order to avoid hyper-pigmentation after extractions. Please advise your facialist of any sensitivities or allergies.

Please arrive 10 minutes in advance of your appointment in order to find the building and park. 


Payment in full is required at the time services are rendered.

Payment is accepted in the form of Cash, Payment App, Gift Card, or Credit/Debit Card.


Note: Credit or Debit transactions will be subject to a 3% transaction fee. No exceptions. 

No exchanges or refunds on services rendered.
