Cancellation Policy
Please know that you are reserving a specific appointment slot with Mary. If you need to cancel your reservation, please do so as early in advance as possible.
We require 24 hours cancellation and confirmation.
A $60.00 fee is due for all appointments not cancelled or confirmed with 24 hour notice.
On the day of
Do not come in with makeup or within 48 hours of sun exposure. Advise your facialist of any allergies, sensitivities, or injuries. Come dressed in casual, comfortable clothing. Arrive 10 minutes in advance of your appointment in order to find parking.
Payments
Payment in full is required at the time services are rendered.
Payment is accepted in the form of Cash, Payment App, Gift Card, or Credit/Debit Card.
Note: Credit or Debit transactions will be subject to a 3% transaction fee. No exceptions.
No exchanges or refunds on services rendered.
